Tracey Weaver is a strategic HR advisor with 20 years of global HR business consulting and operations experience. Tracey has a proven track record in designing and executing high-impact workforce strategies. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, Tracey aligns organizational goals with scalable HR solutions that drive performance, mitigate risk, and elevate culture. With expertise in HR operations, digital innovation and human-centered design, Tracey optimizes processes across the employee lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on the employee experience. 


Formerly, Tracey served as Vice President of HR Business Operations & Technology at Intuitive Surgical, where she was instrumental in designing and implementing a new global HR operating model and advancing the organization’s infrastructure to enable scalable, data-driven people solutions. Additionally, she oversaw the successful global deployment of Workday, a cloud-based HCM platform.


Before joining Intuitive Surgical, Tracey served as Chief People Officer at Bio Products Laboratory Plasma, where she developed and implemented comprehensive human capital strategies to facilitate organizational growth amid several strategic acquisitions. Her work involved significant transformation of the HR operating model. Tracey has also held leadership roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Marriott International, where Tracey provided strategic coaching to leaders on core people practices and spearheaded integration efforts following major acquisitions. 


Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and has been recognized with multiple awards for leadership and innovation in HR.

Laura Hebert is a Total Rewards professional with over 30 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support organizational strategy and employee engagement across various industries, including construction & engineering, oil and gas, retail, healthcare, and technology. 

Laura Hebert is a Total Rewards professional with over 30 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support organizational strategy and employee engagement across various industries, including construction & engineering, oil and gas, retail, healthcare, and technology. With a strong foundation in compensation, benefits, performance management, and rewards governance, she partners closely with business leaders to deliver competitive, equitable, and compliant total rewards solutions.


Throughout her career, Laura has led initiatives focused on market pricing, job architecture, incentive design, benefits optimization, and rewards communication within complex, multi-industry environments. Most recently, as Director of Compensation at Zachry Group, Laura led the development of a compensation strategy for their engineering and construction businesses. 


Previously, she shaped total rewards frameworks and advised senior leaders at Pioneer Natural Resources. She has also held key roles at Tenet Healthcare, FedEx Kinko’s, Grant Thornton, Pizza Hut, and Perot Systems.

She brings a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making, ensuring programs align with business objectives while enhancing the employee value proposition. Known for strategic thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership, Laura effectively balances organizational needs with a positive employee experience.


Committed to continuous improvement, Laura stays current on market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging best practices in total rewards. She is passionate about building scalable and sustainable reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting long-term organizational success.


Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

A detail-oriented professional who has supported both enterprise and discipline-specific initiatives at multiple Fortune 500 companies.  A proven leader and trusted advisor who successfully partners with business executives to deliver Organizational Design, HR Strategy & Execution, Process Re-engineering, Financial & Business Analysis, and Project Management initiatives in complex and highly matrixed global environments.


Prior to re-entry into Executive Consulting and Advisement, Porter served as Vice President of HR & Organizational Capability at Intuitive Surgical where he established and led their Organizational Design & Change Management Center of Expertise.  Before Intuitive, Porter served as a Vice President of HR at Marriott International where he managed HR teams and led organizational design efforts.  Notably, he supported integration of Marriott’s newly acquired Starwood portfolio of hotels, as well as led a multi-year evolution of the Ritz-Carlton - focusing on developing organizational designs to enable efficiency while also protecting the brand’s equity status within the customer proposition.


Porter holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Business with a concentration in Finance from Towson University.
