Tracey Weaver is a strategic HR advisor with 25 years of HR business consulting and HR operations experience. Tracey has a proven track record in designing and executing high-impact workforce strategies. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, Tracey aligns organizational goals with scalable HR solutions that drive performance, mitigate risk, and elevate culture. With expertise in HR operations, digital innovation and human-centered design, Tracey optimizes processes across the employee lifecycle focusing on both efficiency and experience. 

Tracey is the founder of FusionPoint HR. Her expertise includes process optimization, technology enhancement, and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives, all while maintaining a strong focus on the employee experience.

Formerly, Tracey served as Vice President of HR Business Operations & Technology at Intuitive Surgical, where she was instrumental in designing and implementing a new HR operating model and advancing the organization’s infrastructure to enable scalable, data-driven people solutions. Additionally, she oversaw the successful deployment of Workday, a cloud-based HCM platform.

Before joining Intuitive Surgical, Tracey served as Chief People Officer at Bio Products Laboratory Plasma, where she developed and implemented comprehensive human capital strategies to facilitate organizational growth amid several strategic acquisitions. Her work involved significant transformation of the HR operating model.

Tracey has also held leadership roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Marriott International, where Tracey provided strategic coaching to leaders on core people practices and spearheaded integration efforts following major acquisitions. 

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and has been recognized with multiple awards for leadership and innovation in HR.
